Had a great 2 nights at Watchman to start the new year. Camp sites were 80% full but still pretty quiet and i slept well. Fire pits were nice to have.

Beautiful setting and convenient to the bus/visitors center, town, and bike path. Some sites were a little close together, but quiet and peaceful compared to the road traffic and parking.

Nice campground. Clean bathrooms. Could walk to the visitors center and catch the shuttle. Didnt need our car at all. In a busy park that was good. Beautiful setting!

Since the last time I tent-camped here, they have redone the campground. Graded out the sites (okay), removed some trees (now there are fewer spots with shade - not okay), and built new bathroom facilities. The buildings themselves are nice and fit in well with the environment, however, the number of these, and their placement is less than desirable. Fewer and farther between. Two sinks (not counting the family stall) was often too few, and meant waiting in the mornings and evenings. Only ONE water spigot by each bathroom. Some people now seem to think its okay to use this as a wash station. More than once, when I went to fill up my water jug, people would be washing themselves at this spigot. Once a mom was washing her four children there as I waited. I finally said Excuse me . Also, there is but one dishwashing station at each bathroom. I wish the Park Service had planned better when they did their improvements to this campground. Zion is one of the most visited national parks, and Watchman routinely fills to capacity in the summer. Knowing this, it would have been nice to have an additional bathroom facility in each of the tent loops, more water spigots throughout the campground, and have left more of the trees for shade.

Clean spaces, busy but not too crowded, great access location to shuttle, visitor center, and shops/restaurant just a step outside the park

Amazing experience! I already cant wait to come back. Wake up early and catch the stars and the Milky Way right before sunrise. The most beautiful night sky Ive ever seen. I loved the view of the sunrise on the canyon walls. The shuttle, visitor center, and pedestrian entrance are a convenient walk. Bathrooms were clean. Our site specifically was great for bird watching. Keep all good and scented items in your car! The rangers arent lying. I saw mule deer wreck a campsite because they left out a cooler.

No showers which was a huge disappointment. Restrooms were a little dirty and one of the dishwashing sinks was clogged. We stayed in B loop right next to the river which was great. The sound of the river at night definitely helped me sleep.

Wonderful campsite with everything you'd expect, plus really good cell reception. Was especially happy with the bathrooms--flush toilets, sinks, soap, and good hand dryers. Straight up luxurious for a national park campsite bathroom. The views around the site were so gorgeous, especially at sunset. We made use out of the picnic table and fire pit and it was lovely. Very clear, easy to navigate roads and parking spots. Though there was a clear area meant for the tent, the floor was pretty rough to sleep on even with yoga mats, sleeping bags, pillows, and blankets, compared to other campsites I've stayed at. Easy to set up on though. Overall, so so happy with the experience. Zion is gorgeous in the winter. Definitely recommend making the trip to Kolob Canyon! It was my favorite part :)

Nice, clean campground. Being inside the park, it was very easy to get everywhere. Only downside was not all bathrooms were open.

Wonderfully maintained campground with friendly, active hosts. I stayed in D Loop and it was very scenic, with views of Watchman. Campsites are close enough together that if someone has a campfire, the smoke may stray into your site/tent.

Such a peaceful, beautiful site. It feels like you are immersed in the park with beautiful views in all directions, but it is in walking distance to the town of Springdale which has plenty of restaurants and stores for supplies. A perfect base to explore Zion.

The grounds and bathrooms were well kept. There is a sink for you to wash your dishes which I really liked. I also liked that the bathrooms were well stocked and lit. Our camp site was a tad small, but it was plenty of room for us to pitch our tent and park comforably. The neighbors are a tad close to each other, but I am still very pleased with the overall experience. The rangers were knowledgeable and welcoming.

I loved this campground. Beautiful campground, stunning scenery all around, convenient, and very clean and quiet. Flush toilets and sinks were open, clean, and well stocked. People were wearing masks and very respectful of each other. I also appreciated the tent only loops. We arrived well past midnight and had no problems finding our site and setting up camp. Sites are level, open and well spaced apart. Will definitely choose this campground again!

Beautiful, very hot but lots of deer and the beautiful scenery made it worth it. We rented bikes, hiked the narrows. Lots of shade in campsite and so clean. Only getting 3 stars because on our second night they decided to close all bathrooms in loop D of the campground(not sure if other too). It was hot and they wanted everyone to use port-a- potties during covid, couldnt wash our hands thankfully we had a lot of hand sanitizer.

We managed to get this last spot during Labor Day weekend. It was packed as it was the holidays and HOT. I would definitely recommend this cam-group, near the bathroom, deers are found throughout the day. Hiking trails and bike trails nearby. I would recommend this campsite but not during Labor Day weekend, as the weather was scorching HOT. Spacious campsite. Clean bathroom.
