One of the best campsites. Spacious, wonderful views, good facilities and walkable distance the visitor center, restaurant, Springfield shuttle bus, showers and gift shops.

Nice campground. Clean bathrooms. Could walk to the visitors center and catch the shuttle. Didnt need our car at all. In a busy park that was good. Beautiful setting!

Since the last time I tent-camped here, they have redone the campground. Graded out the sites (okay), removed some trees (now there are fewer spots with shade - not okay), and built new bathroom facilities. The buildings themselves are nice and fit in well with the environment, however, the number of these, and their placement is less than desirable. Fewer and farther between. Two sinks (not counting the family stall) was often too few, and meant waiting in the mornings and evenings. Only ONE water spigot by each bathroom. Some people now seem to think its okay to use this as a wash station. More than once, when I went to fill up my water jug, people would be washing themselves at this spigot. Once a mom was washing her four children there as I waited. I finally said Excuse me . Also, there is but one dishwashing station at each bathroom. I wish the Park Service had planned better when they did their improvements to this campground. Zion is one of the most visited national parks, and Watchman routinely fills to capacity in the summer. Knowing this, it would have been nice to have an additional bathroom facility in each of the tent loops, more water spigots throughout the campground, and have left more of the trees for shade.

The campground has a beautiful setting. It's very clean with adequate bathrooms and a wash sink.

Wonderful campsite with everything you'd expect, plus really good cell reception. Was especially happy with the bathrooms--flush toilets, sinks, soap, and good hand dryers. Straight up luxurious for a national park campsite bathroom. The views around the site were so gorgeous, especially at sunset. We made use out of the picnic table and fire pit and it was lovely. Very clear, easy to navigate roads and parking spots. Though there was a clear area meant for the tent, the floor was pretty rough to sleep on even with yoga mats, sleeping bags, pillows, and blankets, compared to other campsites I've stayed at. Easy to set up on though. Overall, so so happy with the experience. Zion is gorgeous in the winter. Definitely recommend making the trip to Kolob Canyon! It was my favorite part :)

Nice, clean campground. Being inside the park, it was very easy to get everywhere. Only downside was not all bathrooms were open.

Beautiful views from the site. Also a short walk to the shuttles and to Springdale

Wonderfully maintained campground with friendly, active hosts. I stayed in D Loop and it was very scenic, with views of Watchman. Campsites are close enough together that if someone has a campfire, the smoke may stray into your site/tent.

Such a peaceful, beautiful site. It feels like you are immersed in the park with beautiful views in all directions, but it is in walking distance to the town of Springdale which has plenty of restaurants and stores for supplies. A perfect base to explore Zion.

The grounds and bathrooms were well kept. There is a sink for you to wash your dishes which I really liked. I also liked that the bathrooms were well stocked and lit. Our camp site was a tad small, but it was plenty of room for us to pitch our tent and park comforably. The neighbors are a tad close to each other, but I am still very pleased with the overall experience. The rangers were knowledgeable and welcoming.
