I loved the campground and found the scenery and the amenities to be top notch, except for not having showers. I somehow missed that information when I booked the campsite. But I still loved it and would definitely return, especially off-season.

Very pleasant site right on the river. It was nice to have electricity since it was chilly! We rode our bikes non-electric! Up the Zion Canyon Road to the Sinawava parking area and back A great experience on a lovely fall day.

Was promised some shade, but all trees near site were dead. Site was unkept and hosts were rarely seen. Some bathrooms were inoperable for no apparent reason. Staff were unhelpful or absent completely. Many visits to the kiosk for assistance were met with a be back in 30 minutes sign. Multiple attempts were made. When I was able to make contact with a Ranger, I was told that I was not speaking to that kind on Ranger. At least the rest of the park is not run as poorly as the watchman campground. If hosts are only there to change out reservations signs then why to we need 3 sets. They were done by 9 and never seen the rest of the day. What was the Ranger doing all that time out in the campground?

We would have like to take a shower on the campground. It was not possible.

Very nice places, we had a great view of the Watchman. Very nice to just walk to the shuttle buses.

Although the winter campground was well maintained, the lack of a shower affects the overall experience. In the winter, a shower is a necessary as during the other months. I'm not clear why there wasn't a shower room.

Fantastic, secluded location next to river and ridges where the sun sets. Bench and fire pit provided, wooden planks show camp site. Two different types of plugs for electricity outlet. Two spaces for vehicles that pull right in. About two minute walk from bathrooms which are well maintained.

We stayed a total of 6 nights at Watchman Campground, 4 nights at Loop A and 2 nights at Loop B. We are foreign tourists and had rented a campervan and it was simply awesome to wake up to the canyons. The place was very clean and everyone from neighbouring campers to the rangers were so friendly and helpful! I accidentally left my phone in one of the restrooms but thankfully someone found it and a ranger brought it to the Visitor Center. Am truly grateful. We loved the experience and wil definitely visit more of the national parks!

Zion's National Park is spectacular. I love the bike ride up the canyon. Going in April and May makes it so it is a pleasant tempature. We go every year to hike the trails and watch the California Condors fly.
A lovely campground at the entry gate of Zion. The sites have electricity but no water or dump station. However, both are conveniently available near the entry. The ranger was friendly and accomodating. I will definitely visit again.

Beautiful! We had an amazing time camping in Zion at Watchman. Our site was perfect being that we had access to the beach near the river. And we couldn't beat the views! The restrooms were all very clean and well cared for. And all was quiet at night accept for the occasional RV furnace kicking in. We will absolutely will go back in winter, it's our favorite time of the year to visit.
Well maintained campground right next to all amenities.

Great launching point for any and all things Zion. Clean bathrooms, too. Second time staying here, will definitely be back if we come back to the area.

The Watchman campground was great, clean and well maintained. For booking so far in advance and the only site available at the time it was a great site for us. We had never been to the park during flash flood warnings (got three!) that was a little scary thankfully, every thing turned out ok. The Narrows Trail Hike was a little crowded yet still a great experience. Beautiful National Park!

Beautiful views, easy access to services in town. Electric hookup was very nice to have in 100+ temps.
Loved the fact that the sites had electrical hookups as it was cold at night and we could run our heater without worry of draining the batteries. Bathrooms were very nice, and heated. Campground itself was great. You are very close to the town of Springdale (just across the river) so some might find this less than ideal, but my wife and I were okay with it as it wasn't too noisy and we could walk across the bridge to restaurants, shopping, etc. We are planning to return at our first opportunity.
