Beautiful campground between the river and bluffs. Excellent star viewing at night. Great facilities with electric hookups & flush toilets. Right inside the park, so no morning line to wait thru. Plenty of trails right at the campground, one that allows bikes & dogs, love that! Footbridge access to restaurants in Springdale. Overall fabulous location

Not a large site but its one of the best sites in the B loop thats right next to the river/creek. There is a walk way next to the site, so everyone walks by your site, but it wasnt bad.

Great campsite and facilities! Good experience. You could be permitted generator when the temperature is very Warm higher 40 Celsius. 8h to 10h am and 5 to 7 pm.

Went on Thanksgiving weekend so it was a bit busy, but always worth the trip to Zion. We enjoyed our riverside campsite for three nights. The crew did a good job of keeping the campground clean and its an easy walk to retail and restaurants right from the campground.

Camp site was right next to the river which was beautiful and peaceful. Loved having electric at the site even with a tent.

Very nice location, close to Springdale with shops & restaurants and perfect for hiking without using the own car. We only used the park bus. The very best was the angels landing hike. But don't forget the permit! :-)

Great campground! Sites are well spaced, and very convenient to the shuttle pickup. We had no trouble getting our 28' trailer into the space, even though quite a mud puddle filled the back 5-6' of the site. Also room for our truck.

I stalked this site due to it being riverside and having to book 6 months out. Zion had been elusive but this was our year. We arrived during a dry period that was bookended y rain. Its been wet in Zion this year. We arrived to find our site under water and mostly unusable for a travel trailer due to the low spots. The vast majority of the sites were usable and dry but not B48. They were actively regrading sites fir the season but they hadnt gotten to the B loop yet. We inquired with the campground staff about filling the low spots in or moving but we never heard back. Love to area, will be back but not in that area again.

I reserve a spot at Watchman Campground every year in the winter. I love Zion, especially in the off-season. I don't use the restrooms so I cannot comment. The only issue this time which I have never experienced before is the violations. I went on a walk with friends staying in the campground across from us. While we were walking, we noticed just about every site had violations either on the vehicle or the table. When we got back to ours, we had a violation for cigarette butts in the fire pit. We were there for another day and had every intention of cleaning up before we left. Also we had wrapped a plastic covered leash around a tree and had a violation for that as well. Our friends had a violation for leaving food out, but it was only the empty containers that had already been cleaned and were drying. I think one of the Rangers is on a power trip

Hookups? Worked! Quiet? Yes. Friendly? Yep. Beautiful area. Friendly staff. FYI. Dogs must be leashes even at your campsite. TIL. Pro Tip: See the park in winter, youll practically have the place to yourself!

Beautiful campground with hookup. Close to the visitor center. My kids enjoyed the stream at the back of our site even though it is 35 degrees out haha. Only drawback is that we got raided by mice for the first time in our RV life but I guess it's the time of the year... My suggestion would be rodent proofing the RV before the trip!
