What a fantastic time we had exploring the Big 5! Watchman campground was great!

I love the watchman campground..We live locally here in St George and camping in Zion is still at the top of my list. Biking hiking at its best rite from the Watchman Campgroung.

Great lovely place next to the water. A lot of People do walk on your site to go into the water even whilenyoubare enting and while there is a path next to the site. Very strange. Site was big but as it was about 40 degrees there was no shade unfortunately. The picnic bank was also too hot to sit on it. For the rest it is a really beautiful campground and also acces to the shuttle bus in front of the campground. Really great

Might be the most beautiful campsite we have ever stayed at. The only downside was not having showers but we made it work.

We scored two nights in two different spots here a couple weeks ago. SO great! SO quiet! I was hoping to catch another cancellation, but did not. We are grateful for the two nights that we did stay!

Great campground! It was so convenient to park shuttle and trail access, as well as to the Springdale shuttle. Looking forward to camping there again sometime in the future!

Nice campground. The sites are good, the restrooms clean and it is close to the entrance of the park and the shuttle busses. The only downside is that it is not as secluded as most NP-campgrounds. You are right across the river from the town. But also an upside, because it is walking distance if you want to grab something to eat at a restaurant.

Our site was wonderful! Surprisingly spacious, close (but not too close) to the bathrooms, and right by the river. It was wonderful to listen to the sounds of the river, and to watch the sunset on the Watchman. We found the campground to be very quiet even when it was full - maybe we just got lucky.

We really enjoyed our stay at Watchmas. The location was convenient for the shuttles we didnt have to find parking and I love campgrounds with wash basins. The bathrooms were clean and staff friendly and helpful.

Beautifully situated on the Virgin River, our site was peaceful, yet within quick walking distance to Visitor Center and shuttles. Only negative was that the restroom closest to us was closed, even though the campground was full.

Nice Campground at the entrance to the park. Public park transportation stop is near by. When you plan to hike The Narrows, you'll find the right gear next to the campground. Restaurant are very close. If it's to hot during the day you can cool down in the river.

A great campsite right on the Virgin River. A nice back-in site with electricity which is needed for my AC. The bathroom across from the site is closed but others are within close walking distance. There is some shade here but there is a lot of midday and afternoon sun.
Easy to get to this site as it's inside Zion National Park. Be prepared for crowds but get out early on the shuttle and things are fine.

A great campsite (B46) right on the river with electric hookups which was nice so we could run the AC. Many hiking activities in the area as well as gorgeous scenery. Springdale is nearby for shopping, groceries and restaurants. We had some cell service at our site as well.

Great experience at Zion - great site along the River and great bike rides in and out of the canyon.
