Sites were large and well laid out. Had 3 deer visit each evening. Nothing beats staying right in the park whenever possible.

Very hot in summertime but nice with the river for cooling down

few restrooms were closed. Campers setup their tents in the closed restrooms. Most campsite has not tree for shade. some campsites are small. the facilities are worst than other National parks. not worth $30 per night.

The campground was full but only half the bathrooms were open. That was a little puzzling.

I absolutely love this campground! It was great having electricity, and the A loop has all paved driveways. The views of the park were outstanding.evening sun on Watchman, and morning sun on the other side of the CG!

Recommend riding bikes up the scenic road. Remember you must pull over to allow shuttles to pass.

It was convenient to stay at the campground. We were in one of the spots that was a shared a, b, c spot and someone came in late and left early to stay in the spot next to us that was blocked off. We believe they were not supposed to be there and were loud both coming and going. We would not want a shared spot again.

At site A226 and it was great. Campground was quiet and not crowded. Restroom onsite and in cache you do not notice, fresh water pump outside and hot/cold water 2 sink kitchen on back for doing dishes.

Excellent location near the main visitor center. Love that there are electric hookups! We saw mule deer within the camp.

Wonderful location, stunning beauty, and nice shuttle system.
Would have loved to be able to shower on site rather than travel to showers.

No water or sewer for trailers and RVs. Had to hook up after two days to fill up water and dump. No showers on-site. Have to go into town for a shower. Being that the campground was inside the park, one would think they would have notify guests about the advance shuttle reservations. This was a BIG problem for many people and a lot of guests never got to go into the canyon. Be sure to make shuttle reservations in advance!

Great location within the park. It was quiet despite being full. The only negative is that our site was not well maintained and not at all level for a big rig. We were in a site that shared a common picnic area and the camper next to us was just too close. We had to ask the kids next door not to play under the slides of our RV. Some of the sites within Watchman where huge while ours was very small and narrow. We were practically in the bushes getting out the door.

Great campground right by the visitors center. The facilities were very nice, and there was good space between the sites. Lots of resident deer in the campground as well. Staying in the park was nice, the trails from camp were great for hiking at sunset/sunrise, and the pa’rus trail was awesome for bike rides.

One of the most beautiful sites we have stayed it. Super clean, quiet and picturesque. Can't wait to go back.

No water since it was winter and freezing, and the river had toxic cyanobacteria, but it was absolutely beautiful, and the spots were spacious and nice and flat.
