Our comfortable RV spot was near the river. It was peaceful and next to a walking trail. We could easily get to the restrooms, trash receptacles, and potable water spigots. The Visitor Center was just a short walk away; as was access to eateries nearby on the Main Street of town. Zion NP was so inspiring and beautiful. We look forward to returning.

The site was listed as large tent ready, Our 10' by 14' did technically fit in the area but it was IMPOSSIBLE to put the stakes in the ground. Pretty sure there was concrete under the gravel. No shade as the two nearby trees were completely dead. Obviously this site was intended for RV use only.

We were quite surprised at how quiet and calm the campground was, given the hordes of Zion visitors who were shuttling about. It was a respite. The shuttle is a great (if crowded) experience for getting around the park. Dont miss the museum at stop 2!

Very peaceful. Once we parked the RV we walked to Springdale and to the Shuttle buses. I will never forget the night sky. AMAZING

Campsite was spacious and close to the trail to the Visitor Center and Shuttles. Had cell service and bathroom was clean. Had power at the site. Did not feel very crowded. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit the park.

All amenities were easily accessible i.e. bathrooms, visitor center, shuttle and crossing the bridge into the shopping area and grocery store.

Our campsite at Zion National Park was excellent. Very easy access to the bathroom, hiking trails, and the shopping and dining across the river. It was level, had a little (very little) shade, and was easy to back the camper into.

Fantastic location within Zion and very clean amenities. The ANTS were absolutely insane at our specific site. There were multiple nests within a stones through of the fire pit which made relaxing extremely difficult. Mornings were spent sweeping away colonies of critters away from trashcans and picnic tables. Other than that we had an enjoyable experience. Just be ready for the full “wildlife” experience haha

The red rock/sand mixture used for the tent area was excellent for absorbing the rainfall we experienced while we were at this site and kept the undersides of our tents completely dry. This was a top notch site as a result.
