This is a beautiful setting, however the campground needs updating and a good cleanup. Many dead trees and very overgrown. Only 30 Amps max is available and the hookup was so worn that the cord would not stay in without tape holding it in place. We have stayed here every year for many years and nothing has been done to maintain the campground. One of the two rest room facilities was closed and the park was full. We stayed in a motorhome.

We loved visiting Zion and staying at Watchman Campground. Unfortunately, I chose unwisely on the time of year and it was extremely hot. The campground is well set up and had flush toilets and bathrooms to brush your teeth as well as decent access to potable water. It was fairly easy to wash dishes in the sinks by the bathrooms as well. Be prepared for squirrels and ants. They became a nuisance during our stay. The park is beautiful and easy to access various parts on the shuttle. In some ways this park has really become commercialized and popularized. I plan to visit again but in the off season to avoid the heat and crowds.

Wonderful campground in at Zion. Only draw back is if you leave the park during the busy entrance times & go into Springdale, it might take a minute to get back in the park and to your site. Its easier to take the walk to the market just across the river from the visitor center.

I had a site with brush around it, so it gave a feeling of privacy in a camper city. The nearest toilet was closed, which was my least favorite element of the experience. Overall a great experience.

Watchman is my favorite National Park campground. The river is right next to the campsite and the path leads to a bridge with easy access to Springdale. It's just an incredible place to visit!

One of the restroom station was closed and doesn't to be on the way to be fixed.Camping spot was very clean with great view and well located for all activities. We liked to have a drain at restroom station for sink water. It would be a good think to have hot water at the sink outside of the restroom.

Enjoyed our time at the Watchman Campground. Staying inside the park was wonderful since there was usually quite a wait to enter the park much less than finding a parking spot. We just walked to the visitor center and took the shuttle. Lots to discover right around the campground as well. One night we walked to town (just a short walk to walk n entrance) and had dinner. I highly recommend staying here while visiting Zion National Psrk.

Perfect location for exploring the park. The sites are much larger than private campgrounds. All the facilities were well maintained. Within easy walk to the visitor's center. All staff I encountered were very nice and helpful.

Beautiful campground, yet convenient to all the amenities of Springdale and the shuttle further into the park. And we had hookups, which we appreciated in the heat.

This was our first time being able to get a reservation at the watchman campground and we loved our stay! The A loop was very clean and ready for us on our arrival. Plenty of room to park our trailer and tow vehicle. Well be back next fall!

Loops A and B were kind of noisy. Use loops C or D in you have tent only.
