My favorite campground! We have traveled from PA for the 3rd time! Making reservations 6 months in advance can be a little be of a challenge but we love this NP

Very clean, level. I loved the bursary of the site and being inside the park was awesome. February is a great time to go.

Campsite itself is nice enough. Unfortunately, it's so close to the town of Springdale, which has zero respect for the park. They leave the bright string lights on all night, which are pretty bright - enough to interfere with the supposed Dark Sky status of the park. Also, they were playing live, amplified music when we were there. When I camp at a national park, I don't want to hear booming bass while i'm winding down for the night.

The best campground to stay at in Zion

Gourgious views 24/7. Close access to the river and to the visitor center. The shuttles are a realitively short walk away, so you don't have to worry about fighting for parking.I understand the Rangers can't micromanage campers all day to be considerate and follow the rules, so it's luck that ensures your neighbors are good campers.

We stayed in one of the private campsites in loop a first and it was nice. With power and easy walk to restrooms which were kept in top shape. Then move to a group campsite in loop f. Campsite itself was very nice but It would have been nice to have electricity. It was also unclear when booking whether there was parking or not for the car. Turns out there was but it was in a group parking lot beside the camping area. Overall very happy with campsite and convenience of the location.

Great campground close to the visitor center and the shuttle bus stop.Only a few minutes to walk to the Zion Canyon Brew Pub or other great restaurants, cafes or a grocery store.

A nice quiet clean campground that is reasonably priced and has spacious spots. We loved our stay here. The bathrooms were clean, never crowded (even though the campground was fully booked) and had everything you need. It is in walking distance to the visitor center, the bus stop, and Springdale. We are from Germany so we did not have a US calling plan or data for our mobile phones and there is no wi-fi at the campground, so walk the 5 minutes to the Zion Canyon Brew Pub (just outside the pedestrian gate), buy a drink and use their free wi-fi (and enjoy the sunset looking at the Watchman peak)! Next door is Zion Outfitter where you can shower for a few dollars. Again, we loved our stay here and recommend it - stay at least 3 nights to get the most out of this beautiful park.

Gorgeous views and could walk to the shuttle. The bathrooms were the cleanest NP bathrooms I've ever been in!

We set our tent at loop A3 which is good because it is near to the restroom and faucet. I should have given 5 if the campground includes shower amenities. The trails are just nearby that you can just walk or use the shuttle to go explore the Zion National Park. Views are amazing…must see!

We enjoyed our experience at Watchman Campground. Know the campground is located next to the visitor's center parking lot, hence active and busy from about 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Not a problem as long as you manage your expectations. While sitting at our campsite there were fantastic views all around. Incredibly impressed with the ability to bike Zion Canyon in safety. Kudos to you for opening the road to bikers and bikers. The drivers for the shuttles were courteous, the occasional tour van was a none issue. I wish all parks had this system. Thank you for the experience.
