This is a nice campground. It's too bad that you don't have showers. We used ours in our RV but this is a problem for people without a shower in their RV. Everything else was nice in the campground.

We stayed on an electricity hook up area, all the others amenities were pretty close, restrooms, water/sewer system. Area have phone service and quietness is the key to enjoy a peaceful stay.

The sites were well spaced and maintained and the campground was very quiet. The convenience to the shuttle busses was a big plus. The electrical hookups were also a nice addition to keeping it quiet with no generators. The only downside was the lack of showers in the new rest room buildings.

Beware that campground attendant will harass you if you have a dog. We stayed for 12 days and every time we went through the gate to the campground she would stop us and tell us that we needed to keep our dogs on a leash and not to let them bark at the park deer. We never have our dogs off leash. Telling us once would have been enough but 8 times was crazy. The park rangers are very nice but the campground attendants are rude.

Everything went well. The campground is within walking distance of the shuttle, Visitor Center, and several shops. The scenery is magnificent.

We ended up in site A026 which was an easy walk to the park entrance amenities, dinner and shopping for firewood and snacks was very convenient. It was a beautiful night and a glorious sunrise in Zion. Only wish we could stay longer.

When we entered no one told us about the River water contamination and or dog went in the water. I found out after he went for a swim. Neither the entrance to the park or the campground gate personnel. Saw the sign on a walk. Called the number on the sign Gave him a bath and took him to emergency. Blood work and will get more blood work tomorrow at home town vet. Cost $300 at emergency vet and no idea what tomorrow’s bill will be. He is doing fine. No symptoms. Yes I missed it on website BUT the two gates we went through saw the dog and never said a word. Campsite was on the River and the entrance at this spot wasn’t posted. Could have been fatal. Kids were also playing at this spot. Not a good experience. Campsite was good. Need to cut down all the dead trees.

Love how close this campground is the park entrance and some town attractions. We walked there often. Friendly park rangers was the icing on the cake. Grounds are clean and very well maintained.

Love staying here when we’re in Zion. It’s a 10-15 min walk to the visitor center or across the pedestrian bridge into Springdale. The campground is well kept with electric hookups for campers.

Not all bathrooms were open because of corona... but they dont tell you which ones so if you book to be near a bathroom you might get a surprise. Also NO SHOWERS? Usually campgrounds without at site water hook ups usually have showers. So 2 weeks using RV tank water means you got to pull up to go fill water from the spigot, which runs super slow and took like 30mins to fill. Nice but needs improvements considering this is one of the best National Parks.
