This was the first time using a National Park campground, and we loved it. The scenery is spectacular, plenty of room between you and your neighbor, by using the bridge next to the visitor center you can walk to restaurants, bike rentals, even a few groceries. Since we were using our camper, I cannot coment on the bathroom facilities. But we will definitely return to this campground.

We had beautiful hikes and have been lucky to get the tickets for the Angels Landing Trail.

Excellent campground! Stayed during the winter and was pleased with its proximity to the hikes. Even though it was walking distance from the town of springdale, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Would definitely camp here again.

How can you not love going to sleep and waking up to views of the Watchman? Great shuttle system, beautiful hikes, and a quiet campground.

Watchman campground loop A&B was a great experience. Loop A is a little cleaner and well maintained comparing to loop B. But loop B was still a whole lot better comparing to other campground in other NP.

Greta campground. Open so you see your neighbors but surrounded by the beauty of Zion and close to a market in Springdale in case you forget or need anything!

Wow! What a campground location just under The Watchman. A short walk to the bathrooms, visitors center, shuttle buses, and the shops, and another short walk-or bus, into Springdale. Our site was just 2 spots away from the ranger program area. If you like Tex Mex food the Whiptail Grill in the old Texaco station in. Springdale just outside the park is EXCEPTIONAL.

Campsite could really do with showers. Otherwise a good site. The electric hookup is nice, but it does mean there are more big RVs than other similar campsites. Would also do with more shade considering the 105f temperatures!

Close to bathroom & easy access to visitor center & amphitheater for ranger talks. Minimal shade in our spot. Clean & quiet.

The campground is in a beautiful location and reserving the site was fairly easy. The shuttle was running while we were in Zion and we found the lines and waits to be much better than we expected. We never waited more than 10-15 minutes for a shuttle up or down the canyon.

Watchman Campground was a fantastic place to stay while exploring Zion. Absolutely excellent location and majestic scenery.

We enjoy the Zion Plein Air festival every November. Since it has been canceled the last 2 years because of covid. I hope it will be held next year!

Excellent run campground. Wow. I was impressed. Probably the best run campground facility in a national park I’ve seen. Clean, excellent bathrooms, showers, lots of space between sites, etc.. You can rent boats from 8-1 each day, with boat returns due at 3:00.
