Extremely scenic location with wonderful views of the mountains. Campground is a short walk to the visitor center and the pedestrian bridge to Springdale. Easy access to the RV water, dump, etc.

This is the perfect place to stay if you are in a camper or a tent. If possible stay near the river. Campground is close to many things some walkable but many places are very BIKEABLE.

Beautiful location near entrance to Zion.

Very tight campsite which was unusual for this campground. Three spots were stacked on top of each other w a shared canopy, firepit, and tables. Bikers took over the canopy one night. Mostly quiet and convenient to the rest of the park. There was a lot of construction noise during the day, but it's good to know some improvements are finally being funded.

Perfect base . Theatre inside the camp for evening talks. Shops and restaurants just 3 minutes by walk. And the shuttle is nearby. Easy to book: I reserved and payed online while entering the camp.

Beautiful place. Enough space at each site. Easy manoeuvering even with a trailers with over 20 feet. Quite a lot of tree shade and some sites with tables with fixed roofing.Very clean toilets, sink outside. No showers. (There are showers at the campsite at the other river bank if you wade through the stream :-). You would have to buy a token to use the shower there though). The Virgin River flowing past the site is a charming place to swim on a hot day. Floating down the creek lying on your back at 104F ist just wonderful. And where else you can see hummingbirds hovering over the water while bathing?

We were located in an area that had 3 lots in a row and we were C. There was no room or privacy for us, as it was a shared area. There were already people using the fire pit and the picnic table. We left and stayed in yhe parking lot at Zion and had a nice private space with a picnic table. I would not use the campground again If it had an a, b, c area. There is simply no room…

Great campground and staff in one of our favorite parks.

If you don't like to walk 15-20 minutes to the shuttle station, avoid booking the spots at the very end of the park

Zion NP is a gem. We loved staying in the campground and liked how the town of Springdale was a quick bike ride away for showers.

It was so beautiful and it was so convenient. We could get groceries and go on great hikes without even having to get in a car but the site still felt like we were in nature. Waking up to gorgeous views every day was a treat as well!

Wow! This couldn’t be anymore convenient. Adjacent and walkable to the shuttles and visitors center as well as some retail services. Just great!

Good campground with electric hookups. Electric is needed in summer because temperatures are usually 95 to 100 degrees. It’s always crowded, but if you can get a campground it’s very handy for the shuttle service and bicycle/ walking trails.

Great, clean bathrooms. Clean water at common areas. I love that this campground is close to a creek for kids to play and cool off. They loved finding tadpoles. Walking distance to visitor center and outside park to Brewpub/showers. It was great stay in park and be close to a site by the group sites/pavilion for shade.

Had an excellent camping experience at Watchman. Even though I was in a group site, everyone shared the fire pit. Facilities were nice and clean. sites were large and spacious. the nearby river was soothing to listen to at night. The on line shuttle passes worked out wonderfully. loved the drive through the tunnel.

Just what you want, campground is clean, quiet, easy to access campground and site even with 40 ft diesel pusher. Staff is nice as well. Highly recommend this campsite, heading back later in the year as reservations have been made. Looking forward to seeing the area again.

This is the way.
