I had a good experience at this campground. It was close to the shuttle and visitor center but was also in a nice setting.

The location and staff were perfect. There were restrooms, garbage disposal, and fresh water close-by. Because people fed the wildlife too much, there were families of deer in the morning that would approach you wanting food and water. Location and views were spectacular. You can easily walk into town for food and supplies. The shuttle around the park and the visitor's center is also an easy stroll. You won't need your car at all once you get to your site. There was not a lot of privacy on the campsites so you feel a part of a community. We were there in mid0July when heat was extreme. Because you are surrounded by gorgeous cliffs, the sun gets blocked well-before sundown making the heat a bit more tolerable. There is sparse shade on the sites. I would definitely stay there again and avoid the long drives and long lines to get into the park from outside campgrounds.

Nice campground, close to the visitors center so access to the shuttle buses was easy. My only complaint is I could not book 4 days straight even back in December at the same site. We had to move after 3 days.

This was one of our favorite campgrounds to stay at (we also stayed at Bryce - Sunset CG & Arches - Devils Garden CG). The staff were super rigidly, bathrooms clean & overall Zion was VERY visitor friendly. Watchman CG is conveniently located so that you don't need to drive anywhere, you can access the easy to use shuttles to get to trailheads or just enjoy the scenic ride to the end of canyon. We especially enjoyed the Lower Emerald Pools hike, where you get t walk under the waterfalls! We also really liked the leisurely bike trail that goes along the Virgin River. We definitely want to visit Zion again!

Campground was very nice, clean. Appreciated the heaters in the bathroom. However, the bathrooms should be cleaned (at least) daily. Overall, the camping experience was wonderful.

Well laid out campground. Close to visitor center. Well maintained and clean bathroom. Outfitters right outside of park (within easy walking distance) have available showers if needed. I feel like it’s a great location to accesses what is needed for visiting the park.

Beautiful campground and the rangers are very friendly and ensure you have a clean space to enjoy your time away from the city.
