Pro: campsite is near entrance and restroomCons: campsite is on an incline, there is no level area to set up tent.

This campsite is right next to a busy road so you hear cars going in and out of Yosemite all night. Other than that, it was clean and adequate spot for a night or a weekend

The campsites are close to one another but not so close that you can't have a good time. The bathroom lights are solar powered and won't last all night. Be sure to bring your light. Aside from that, it's a great campground!

Il n'y avait personne quand nous sommes arrivs vers 19H et les indications n'taient pas claires. Camping trs proche de la route. Emplacements petits.

Site 14 is very close to the main road so you hear the cars driving by the whole night. It is also right next to the ranger booth entering the campground, so you get all the traffic around that. And at night, the ranger booth lights are very bright and pointed towards the campsite. I wish maybe you could change those to motion sensor possibly. There's no shade during the day at this campsite, or enough trees to hang a hammock. Other than that, the facilities at the campground were always clean. Just this particular campsite was not the best if you are trying to hang out there.

I love any chance to stay in Yosemite. Wawona is a long drive from the Valley floor, but that allows you to have a quiet experience where you can really experience the sound of the creek rushing by and see the stars twinkling in the night sky. Close to water fall hikes and the redwoods, about an hour drive from Half Dome, Curry Village and the Mist Trail.

Great campsite. There was some slop to my site #14 and it was a little noisy being the first site by the entrance. There were some ants on my site but hey that’s camping. I love that it is close to the Wawona store. I wish it was a little closer to the valley but it’s a very doable drive and it is sort of nice to not be in the hustle and bustle of the valley for the whole time.
