Ton of fun! Theres a river right next to the campground, very relaxing to fall asleep to. If you're going in Winter (even as late as February) be sure to pack extra warm and get gear rated for extreme weather, your items will be frosty when you wake up! There is a bathroom onsite that was pretty well maintained/clean. The Wawona Store is only a 5 minute drive for any last minute needs, the Valley is about an hour away.

Exactly what we needed! Site needs a shower but just a trip to the valley took care of that. Beautiful site, no complaints.

Beautiful surroundings by the river, unfortunately couldnt use the BBQ as there was a big hole in the bottom of it, campsite staff were very helpful with our queries

Great Campground for hiking in Wawona and around Yosemite. Beautiful creek for swimming, drinkable water. Toilets where clean in the beginning but got bad, after group camp was there for a night.

Best time to go to Yosemite because there were less people. Weather was cool with rain, snow, fog and some sunshine. Great for photo's. The waterfalls were amazing. Will plan next year to return at the same time.

Site was right on the river and the full rush sounds put us to sleep at night. A free dump station and fresh water supply was just up the road from the campground. Unfortunately, the road/shuttle to the big trees at Mariposa Grove was shut down for maintenace and we were too old to make the hike.
