Excellent location. Close to bathrooms and privacy spot. I was nervous because reviews talked about being on a hill. Didnt even notice that. Large lot

This is a great site I would book again. The slope of this site is actually very helpful if it starts to rain, as it did on my visit. I like that it backs up to the open hillside. I was a little wary of the hollowed out fallen tree at the back of the campsite and the wildlife trail beside it! The restroom is just down a small hill and was very clean. It even had soap which was greatly appreciated. Sites 90 and 92 are very close by and sometimes the noise level is louder than I would like. The only reason this is four stars is that there are no showers at this campground loop C.

Okay campground. On a slight slope with no shade. The camp staff modified our reservation and cancelled one of our nights, and then gave that night to another family. The camp staff attempted to state that I must have cancelled a night when I dont even have service here. Additionally the documents provided by the staff indicated the cancellation was done internally by their staff. Yet the staff denied it was their fault.

Clean restrooms, general store at Wawona Hotel and Chevron is 1-2 miles south of the campground, and campground is about 55 minutes from Curry Village. Fairly quiet, respectful guests, and well spaced apart campsites. Only thing is that there appears to be no camp host so you have to get supplies and firewood or ice from the fire station or a general store. Rangers are nice and check up on late check-ins in a friendly and courteous manner.

There is not showers, and the rangers at front desk did not know where you can find any.
Washing dishes is a mess, you have to do the washing in your site and then throw the water in the waterclose at the bathrooms.

Great campground! Awesome way to spend a weekend in Yosemite. It took us 45 mins to the valley from here so plan accordingly!

The park staff was so kind and helpful, and we loved being able to book a second night during our sty to extend our time in the park. We felt that these campsites in Wawona were the best sites we've ever stayed in, and we have traveled to 36 states and stayed in a lot of places. The spot directly on the river was incredible. The only down part was unavoidable--it was the lack of bathrooms because of construction, so we knew what we were getting into and I appreciated being prepared. But the construction will be complete by next summer so the bathrooms will be awesome. We definitely want to come again!
