The parking area for our campervan was quite small, and on the road, which resulted in a lack of privacy.

All and All a decent experince. The spot I was assigned to ended up being a handicap spot, large parking space, flat and a great shade tree next to the spot.

Put a pop up tent over your bear locker during the day

We had an excellent stay at the Wawona Campground. A great atmosphere and a much nicer campsite than the ones within the valley; a lot more space. The only thing missing in this campground are basins to wash dishes in. Otherwise, all great.

Site 89 was great, would book it again. Lots of shade except from about 8am-1pm the table and bear box are in the sun so next time I would bring an ez up or some type of shade for the table and bear box area. Cooler temps won’t have an issue.

Clean and convenient campground. Great way to have access to lots of the park while still avoiding some of the crowds you find in The Valley.

Great customer service! The spots are a great option, perhaps we make a reservation 5 days before arrive during summer and the spot was perfect! No restrooms, but no crowded, neighbors and rangers were very nice. Definitely if we go back to Yosemite, we prefer to drive to the valley and stay in Wawona.
