The campground is surprisingly quiet for how full it seems to be and everyone is reasonably well spaced out. There are plenty of restrooms so its never a long walk. Most visitors are relatively respectful and peaceful but we did run into some issues with neighbors that caused a bit of tension. But we were gone during the day doing activities in the valley, so it wasnt a huge issue. Overall great campground.

Great spot! Close to restrooms, but not too close. Leveled spot to put your tent. Would recommend!

Wonderful site, well staffed and also very beautiful! Glad to be away from the crowds and more in nature! Thank you rangers and site managers!

Stayed at 087c on October 22. Enjoyable stay, spacious flat sites, clean restrooms, ample potable water. The ranger who checked us in was super friendly. Site is about 30 minutes from the valley. Im glad I had a 10 degree mummy bag, the nighttime temp was mid 30s. We bought our firewood in town, priced a little higher than we were used to.

The only downside to this campground is the winding road to Yosemite valley. Its a bit of a trek. However, this site was quite good. Creekside was beautiful, bathrooms decent, and sites had decent space.

Stayed at two different sites in Loop C:- #087 car and tent site- #003 walk-to site (shared parking lot with #1-4, walk to your site)Must know:- keep all food/scented items in bear lockers at all times- no showers- there is data! Verizon gets great reception, T-mobile not so much- 50min-1hr drive to main Yosemite attractions (Glacier Point, Yosemite Valley)- there is a gas station and grocery store near campground- ice sells out fastBoth sites:- close to water spigot- near the restroom (but not directly next to it)- come with huge bear locker, picnic table, fire ringIf I had to choose between the two, I'd go back to #003! - although it's a walk-to site, it's much less of a walk than you think- felt a *bit* more remote than #087; campers on one side and the creek & tall trees on the other---------------------------------------------**Fun and hard waterfall hike**: Vernal & Nevada Falls hike via Mist Trail (going up)TIPS- snacks, energy drinks, water or else you will be hangry- Mist Trail going up, John Muir going down- go up via Mist Trail (must get past the Vernal Fall gate before 7am) or you will take the detour route John Muir (very pretty but many switchbacks)- Sacrifice your sleep! The sun is strong and hot and will make the hike harder if you start after 9am. Hiking in the cool is much better than walking up steep hills and steps under the sun.*My schedule for reference in case you are confused like I was!*5am - left Wawona5:50am - arrived at Curry Village6:10am - arrived at Vernal Falls gate and began the hike-----took 4 breaks, 15-20 min each----------11:20am arrived back at parking lot

Very nice campground, bathrooms were clean, I would recommend B or C loop campsites over A.
