These campsites are so difficult to acquire and for good reason. Waking up to these beautiful views everyday is just incredible. It is remarkable how well kept these sites are with the thousands of visitors that come through. Upper Pines is amazing.

The beauty of this spot cannot be understated, I will note that the bathrooms were clean day one, but over the weekend they had deteriorated significantly. And it's important to note the only showers are in curry village. Otherwise one of the most beautiful spots.

Loved my experience at Upper Pines. A lovely central location to ride bikes all through the valley and see all Yosemite has to offer.

Camped in outer loop of Upper Pines. It was much quieter than some of the interior loops. It was nice to have the woods in back of us

This is a nice campground, close to the hike on the Mist Trail to Nevada and Vernal Falls. Most sites are large. There is a free dump station for RVs. Water quality is excellent. General comment on Yosemite campgrounds, directed to the Park Management: Keep more valley campgrounds open later in the year!! It is extremely difficult to get a reservation without months of advance planning, which is ridiculous in the off-season when campgrounds, or just loops of the Upper Pines campground, are closed! There is clearly tremendous demand for campsites - keep them open and let us enjoy the park! The fees collected should offset the costs of keeping them open, and the disappointment to the public of being unable to get a space to camp is unnecessary.
