Site 209 was fairly flat and close to the bathroom. The only downfall was that there was no shade in the afternoon.

The site we booked is a terrible campsite for tent users. The only place to put a tent is directly next to (less than 5ft) away from the adjoining sites fire pit. It is nice that there are limited hours generators can be used, but still found it incredibly annoying to hear the multiple running generators for 5 hours a day when trying to enjoy nature.Would of been a good site for an RV or camper.

Perhaps because it was winter season, drinking water was inconvenient.

Upper Pines Campground is a perfect location to walk to Happy Isle, Curry Village Mirror Lake and even Yosemite Valley. Our campsite #209 fits 2 vehicles very nicely. This spacious site has a big bear locker and is close to the heated restroom.

Not sure why there is no public bathroom in the campground, other than that it was a great time. A little crowded at times but that was expected. Perfect location in the park.

Excellent location, clean bathrooms, running water! Very close bike ride to Curry Village and all there is to see in the Yosemite Valley.

Great spot to set up "Base Camp". Everything is a walk or bike ride close.

We got a site that was towards the north edge of the campground. Right next to the bathroom which was a bit worrisome at first but ended up not being an issue. Neighbors were respectful and everything went pretty well. There isn't as much shade as I expected so the tent got very hot during the day. You have access to any supplies you might need in the convenience store nearby.
