This campground overall was great. 191 is furthest from the entrance of the campsite so its a longer walk to curry village. The front of the campsite has a water area that we swam and lounged in. No shade on This campground and its close to the bathroom.

As hard as it is to get a spot here, I feel we really gambled getting a spot almost 10 feet shorter than my RV. I fit my 30' class C just fine in this spot and I was really worried after watching the videos and the trees around. The site is nice as far as space. Lots of room in back and to the side. You are next to the restroom, so get used to people walking through and near your site. It is not well shaded in the late afternoon or evening, so it got pretty warm. I'm guessing a great spot in late fall, winter and early spring. Staff at the entry were great. The santa claus on the bike riding around, not as nice. If you want to nit pick on some rules, nit pick all of them. We LOVED being in Yosemite and this site got us there. So I give it a good reccomendation.

Average experience, site was next to the bathroom. It was last minute resevation. I was just happy to be in Yosemite to enjoy all the insane waterfalls.

Being near the restroom was not the best. It is very bright and the lights go on and off all night. The campground is pretty tightly packed - sites are close to each other, but still people were kind and quiet. It's a good location to hike from. Love hiking some of the lesser used trails. The campground hosts seemed to love giving tips and directions.
