Great campsite. Really friendly. Bear bins and food storage lockers available although didn't need if in campervan. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The campsite was huge, and our trailer fit in the parking area, despite the recgov site limiting the length to no more than 12 feet (ours is 19', without the towing vehicle.) The dumpster was VERY close but never a noise issue for us. The restroom was also clean and well-stocked but 1-ply TP should be illegal. Water was convenient enough, but would have been simpler if we hadn't caught the one day when the new rv station wasn't ready while the old one was no longer operational. No worries!

Great spot (site #187)A little further of a walk as it was in the last couple of rows of that campground, but we were there to hike all over the place so that didn't matter. Friendly and accommodating staff. Curry Village was close which was nice. No sign of bears in the time we were there.

Quiet campground, sunny location. Located at the end of the valley near the Mist Trail and the trial to Mirror Lake.

Upper Pines is a good, but large campsite. It is cleaned very well and I am thankful for that. unfortunately, the camp sites are a bit crammed together. Additionally, they have signs for potable drinking water but most do not actually have hookups to operate this. Covid precaution, perhaps? The staff were very friendly, though! Overall, good spot, not perfect BUT, it's in the most perfect place on the planet so who cares :) go enjoy yourself, be nice to the staff, and be friendly to your camping neighbors and you'll have a good time.

We stayed at Upper Pine, site 189. In early August, there was little to no shade at this particular site, making it VERY warm during the day. It was also hard to cool the tents down at night. Bring an extra sun shades if you are staying at this site during the warmer months.

One of the best camp sites I’ve ever stayed at! The bathrooms were clean and the water bottle fill up station was so convenient. But the best part was how close it is to the trailheads and the river!!! I visited in July when temperatures were really high so we hiked in the mornings and then spent the rest of the day in the water! It was the best! Definitely coming back!
