very good experience only feedback is let cars pass the front gate if your already checked in had to wait quite some time as cars in front of us were checking in

Pleasantly surprised with how quiet the campground was at night, despite close proximity to Curry and Yosemite Villages and the huge crowds! Site was as stated with standard picnic table, fire ring, and bear box.

Always my favorite place to stay in Yosemite Valley!

We had two different campsites. The first one, 176, had a cement pad that was a little short and when you backed all the way into it a big rock was right outside the front door of the RV, making it a little hard to get into and a little dangerous.

I loved my time here at Upper Pines. I did a lot of research to find what I felt were the best campsites in the campground, with the most privacy and open space around them, and was incredibly happy with my site! Close enough to the bathroom for it to be a short walk, yet out on the end of the loop with no campsites behind me and a fair amount of space to my left and right. There is a trail you can access behind the campsite that is nice for a morning walk, too! Upper Pines bathrooms have heat, which was very welcome on a cold October morning, and outlets!

Yosemite NP is beautiful. We hiked to Vernal falls from our site and took the shuttle to Yosemite falls. Plenty of shade and this site offers a long paved driveway for parking.

If you get lucky to get to book here may was great weather and small crowds mid week.

Need to make it a little bit easy to get reservations, almost impossible!
