It's a good experience, but expecting a little more way for the carway. While in the rain there is no sun. Overall good experience

Great to be in Yosemite in the Winter. Recreation.gov works. Only unusual circumstance - that hopefully can be remedied in the system - is the first night of a two night reservation for Upper Pines campground was cancelled due to high winds, and the entire reservation (both nights) was cancelled. The site I had reserved was important because it could accommodate our twenty foot trailer (and not all sites can). Winds died down and the campground was reopened the next day… but I had to make another reservation to secure the site (that I had already made a reservation for for two nights). It worked, but I could have lost the reservation if I wasn’t paying attention. Seems like a fixable problem. Should have only cancelled the first night of the reservation, and not the entire reservation.

The place was very good and comfortable. highly recommended, although it will surely be more beautiful in spring or summer

Clean camping site and bathroom. Very quiet by nignt. Nice setting for fire and enough space for multiple camping tent and à car. Loved the view surounded by mountains and trees
