Its a lovely campground with wonderful spaces. The only reason I didnt give it a five is because the bathrooms dont light up when you walk in so youre in complete darkness early in the morning or after sunset. It was scary with just having a flashlight walking in.

Loved our stay here. Lovely well spaced campsite. Stunning surroundings. Facilities were well maintained and clean. Great sense of place looking up at night through the trees towards the cliffs and the stars beyond.

Love the spot and people but generators are kinda annoying, we came for a peace and quiet and underestimated how much people use generators at campsites

The campground is clean, sites are well spaced, and there is decent cell service. The campground is centrally located in Yosemite Village.

Upper Pines campground was clean and well kept with all the advertised amenities. It made for a perfectly pleasant camping experience because of its proximity to some great hikes and access to everything I needed. I am definitely planning on returning to Yosemite.

I had a great time as always when I camp at Yosemite but its sad to see what shape the campgrounds are in.

Great campsite with easy access to the entire valley - park and walk/ride to any trailhead or amenity. Water quality is excellent; plenty of restroom facilities.

I proposed to my fianc at the top of Vernal Falls, :) our five day camping adventure is probably one of the most relaxing, tranquil, peace we could both ever had in a adventure get away. Nature is amazing. We will be back every other year for sure.

A nice, shaded, flat campground at the end of the the valley with easy car access to the Curry village. It has friendly staff and is a quiet campground, with clean restrooms. Beware of crows; they poke to every bag and steal them if they even think there might be foods in them in daytime.Campsite is a large one in the middle of the campground. A restroom building is at the end of the campsite.

Dont expect privacy from your neighbors, but that is not the point. It was great being able to wake up in the valley. We woke up early in the morning and walked to the Mirror Lake trailhead, and were able to hike the trail with seeing very few other people. And that was on a fall Saturday morning. Its magical to be able to stay in the Valley after most of the tourists leave and be surrounded by such iconic sights.
