Loved the location. It is close to the shuttle stop. Wish the campsite bathrooms had soap.

Love this campground. It can get crowded but spots are evenly spaced apart and we never feel crowded. Great camp hosts too! We had so much fun that we are going back in two weeks.

Park rangers were helpful and friendly! Some of the bathrooms were very dirty and cold. But Curry Village was great! The pizza place was surprisingly delicious!

The view from campsite #32 was great and I enjoyed the easy access to the shuttle and walking trails nearby. Upper Pines was an easy walk to Curry Village (though I did opt to drive when purchasing fire wood & water). The fire pit at the site was a perfect location for the site to enjoy the moon coming over the mountains at night. I parked my campervan in the middle of the pad and it was very easy for my 19ft vehicle and seemed pretty level. The only reason I gave it 4 stars not 5 was the restrooms at the time I visited. One facility nearby was closed for repairs and they had clean portable toilets and sinks available there which was better than expected. The permanent facility nearby that was open had no hand soap and was just a bit more rustic than I was expecting but they did a good job maintaining it and keeping things clean. Overall I had a really fantastic stay and enjoyed being at Upper Pines and would absolutely stay there again! Also of note is that I have Verizon and I was not able to get signal at my site but had enough for calls/texts (not data) in Curry Village and got excellent coverage and data headed towards the Valley Visitors Center as well as other spots around the park.

Very ideal campsite. No neighbors behind and easy access to trails. Far enough away from bathrooms but can find it in the dark. Great spot. Avoid termites in the dead tree stump.

Good spot at the end of the cul de sac but has a huge stump thats filled with termites. The termites only come out at night right around fire hours :(

We had an awesome stay at site 32 and we didnt want to leave! There was tons of space at our site, we had 4 tents and had tons of room in between them. Bathrooms are close but a little small by National Park standards. The location cant be beat as Curry Village is walking distance/just a couple minute drive. Being able to leave to hike the Mist Trail right from our campsite was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again!

Very good1. expected new design(projects) will be excellent2. Vender prices in Curry Village specially market is unreasonably high.3. Need more signs on trails/roads (Distance, directions)4. Need more maps from campgroundsOverall expected wonderful results after getting fixed

Yosemite NP is stunning and provides a wonderful outdoor experience. The campground, not so much. Navigating crowded, noisy and inconsiderate campers is challenging. The basic facilities get dirty quickly. The natural beauty of the surroundings still makes it worth it. Tioga Pass Road destinations are not to be missed as are the outer areas of the Valley.

The site itself has decent amenities - water, bathrooms, bear lockers for each site, close to trailheads (super nice), bike and walking paths near. My major issue with it was the lack of privacy between campsites. Yosemite itself was crowded as expected for this time of the year (June).

Good campsites if you can get them. Great place to start hikes, we didn't have to drive anywhere all week to hike.

We thank Ranger agents for their kind and devoted service to help campers, and pay tribute to their efforts to patrol the campground for safety and maintain order.
I hope you work safely in the cold environment. Good luck.

Always a great annual trip with the family and close friends that we've known since grade school and high school. Upper Pines was clean, quiet, and well managed by Park Services and Rangers. The same can be said about every area we biked, floated or walked to in Yosemite. Bathrooms were clean, social distancing was promoted and observed. The Village Store had good protocol for social distancing. A lovely trip as always.
