We loved this site! Site 240 has so much space and only one campsite to your right. To the left you have open space and its wonderful! Very busy campsite. In the center of the everything.

I love this campground. We have stayed here 3 times at different sites. Each one was large and flat with a good space for the tent. It is so convenient to ride the shuttles from here and leave the car parked.

The campsite was perfect. And most of the staff were informative and friendly except for one lady with a small dog, she was condescending.

Been coming to Yosemite for many years and its always a great experience. Upper Pines is a great campground and site 240 is our favorite campsite. Its nice that this years rains fostered so much green undergrowth making it not seem so bare.

We luckily got a site that had more space around it. Most sites were crammed right next to each other and I would not have liked that. One site had their tents less than 10 feet from the bathroom, felt sorry for them.

Site was clean and beautiful, would go again if I could get the secluded sites. Would not want to go to the cramped spots.

Plenty of room for an eight person tent at our campsite. Bathrooms are clean. Shuttle walkway is not too far away. Thank you to the national park service for giving us a great experience at Yosemite and upper pines campground.

Bathrooms were super clean since we were there opening day but no soap to wash hands.

Great campground. I was just missing to have showers, but for a couple of days it is not a problem.

240 was a well shaded and generally quite spot. The location was very close to many trail heads and the shuttle was very accessible for spots farther away.

Due to the fire, some visitors cancelled their camping trips and a few spots opened up so I got extremely lucky with a last minute reservation. The campground is pretty populated, but for some reason I didn't feel like people were really close. The proximity to the trail(s) I wanted to hike was fantastic and overall I was really, really pleased. The grounds are really clean and the check-in rangers offered some great trail advice too. I'd stay here again and again.

Hands-down the best place to camp in the Valley! CLEAN bathrooms, bear lockers, fire pits, and direct access to Curry village and the mist trail...what more can you ask for!?

A nice, flat campground at the end of the the valley with easy car access to the Curry village. The campground was shaded for most of the day and got dark early in the afternoon in November. Friendly staff, quiet campground, with clean restrooms. Beware of crows; they poke every bag they see (even charcoal bags) and steal them if they even think there might be foods in them.Campsite is relatively nice small one for tent camping at the corner of the campground. A small creek runs behind the site.
