Great location! Nice layout and a great camp host! Excellent place to make as your base to hike up in the surrounding mountains and visit the numerous high-mountain lakes.

Disappointed that the store was closing early for the season and the stock was running down to nearly nothing. We'd made our plans for the ability to buy supplies there and had to drive the long road to Lee-Vining to get the required supplies.

Very kind lady checking us in saw we had young kids and put us in a great, quiet pitch by the river. So nice to have a silent campground with no music or generators around us. Thank you so so much.

It was amazing, the campsite, the park everything was awesome, my only complain is that the campers two camps besides mine were sawing some of the branches of some of the trees in the campsite to start their fire pit

Campground is a bit packed, that is other people were very close to us (and not always very quiet)

Absolutely one of my very favorite national park campgrounds I have ever stayed in (and I've camped at over half of the 63 official national parks)! Tuolumne Meadows is in a stunning location close to many hikes, lakes and night sky viewing areas the camp is kept beautifully clean, there are rangers and camp hosts always available and everyone there is extremely pleasant to deal with. The C.G. is huge and there are sites really close together but the way it's set up doesn't make you feel crammed. I'm in a campervan and there are plenty of options for nice, level parking. Bathrooms, water and garbage cans are never too far from your site, no matter where you are. And you can't beat the creek running through camp for your morning coffee and wildlife viewing spot. Definitely recommended!

Rangers very helpful and informative. Campground was well kept and monitored.

The experience was great overall, the typical NPS campground experience. I have one gripe: our campground was located next to the employee yurts. Overall not an issue - but one night (a Wed or Thurs), a group of employees decided to have a party until 1:30-2:00 am and made a considerable amount of noise, enough to keep us and our young kids awake. I find it very frustrating that the park's own employees would not respect the quiet hours of the campground (10 pm to 6 am) in which they stay or have any concern towards the experience of the paying guests.

The staff did a great job on after-hours check-ins.

Weather was cooperative until it wasn't. made for some fun muddy adventures, be sure to keep your item in bear boxes only while at the campground if you can,, we has stuff "removed" from our with out permission, The campground is huge but seemed as though only some loops were open?? plenty of wildlife, stopped counting deer after a bit...

Camp host was rude, bias, and unprofessional. The lady camp host was very condescending when she asked why we were in line at the kiosk. The male camp host was rude and yelling at guests and drivers. Both were very unprofessional. Also, male camp host was constantly coming over to our campsites each day for to harass us. We felt very uncomfortable with his constant presence and felt he was bias towards our group. Horrible experience with both camp host!

However, the park rangers were very nice, helpful, and professional. We had no problem with the park rangers.

Tuolumne is just the most special place. Hiking, climbing, reading a book at Tenaya Lake, cooking for the kids and having smores at the campfire. The best this planet has to offer.

Awesome stay. Park and campground employees super friendly and helpful. Only caution is campground is at 8600 ft and acclimation to altitude can take a few days. We came from sea level and first night was rough.

Great day trip out of Yosemite Valley. Water was pleasant, perfect area for RV camping.

A49. Best view in the campground. Wonderful Rangers, fabulous volunteers. Make sure that you don’t store any food in your car or tent and you’ll be sure to have a great time - and don’t forget the bug spray & soap (none in the restrooms). 5/5 will camp again. So glad they are getting a needed renovation of the waste systems, glad to hear they will be rehabilitating and relocating A-loop road a bit farther from sensitive meadows. Stay off the delicate meadows while you are here please!

We had a good time at Tuolumne Meadows Campground. Thanks

Upside, very quiet campground. Downside, the bathrooms are not kept up. Two doors had no hooks to keep them closed. One sink did not have very much water coming out. It started to rain and water pooled at entrance of both bathrooms, especially the mens. Also, we could see water pooling in some camp spots, even though it was very little rain. The north area and drive to it is beautiful, but most of the "main hikes" are near the south campgrounds. It takes 1.5 hrs to get here from hikes like the mist trail.

Long wait at entrance to park although we had our reservations. Once we were at the campground checkin was smooth.

As a child my parents brought me up here almost every year. I have been gone for awhile but have been coming back the last few non Covid years. Toulumne Meadows has always been and still is my favorite place I have ever been too. It is over 8000’ elevation so I give myself a day to acclimate before doing any big hikes. The Ranger staff is always friendly and very helpful. This year they aren’t doing the ranger group campfires so it seemed like more interaction with my neighbor campers. I used a new mosquito repellent combo this year and for the first time I did not get 1 bite. Several mosquitoes were flying near me though. If you like to hike and catch pan sized trout this is the place for you.

I really enjoyed my stay at Tuolumne Meadows Campground. It has a different feel than the Valley campground and the campsites are spaced further apart. Bathrooms are nearby along with drinking water inside them. The campsite seems to be a lot quieter than valley campground and it is huge! My only issue which I'm sure Yosemite cannot control was there were these little white worms called pine catkin sawfly larvae occasionally falling from the pine trees during my stay. I stayed during June, so during the morning they would burn up in the sun, but during evening some still dropped. There were pine tree right above my picnic table, so I had to be aware of them, so none would drop in my food or my dog's water bowl. There is a nearby store just a few yards away from the campground that has a decent selection of goods (even though they were sold out of all ice cream by late afternoon) and fast food place and post office for those who needed it. You can walk to the Lembert Dome trail parking from the campground and a drive to Tenaya Lake is not far at all. Tuolumne Meadows is Yosemite without the crowds and waterfalls, but there are a few lakes! Plus, it's close to Mono Lake for those who want to take a drive there. There's camp sites for RV, tents only to even backpackers sites since there are nearby trails. I had a campsite next to the river and decent view of Lembert Dome. Also, there was no Internet service at the campsite during the day, but it's strange that between about 4AM up until 8AM the Internet worked on my AT&T iPhone, but during peak hours forget about it.
