Nice campground in quieter part of the park. Easy drive to the valley and gas station close by.

The tent site we had was really step. Really uncomfy to sleep there, especially considering the high price compared to other nationalpark campgrounds.

Really enjoyed our stay in Hodgdon Meadows! Although it was about a 45 minute drive into the Yosemite Valley, it felt nice to be removed from the busyness of the main valley, we felt way more remote. The bathrooms were clean and so were the bear bins. If you're driving into the Valley for the day, I definitely recommend leaving early. We left at 6:30am for our hiking and found parking no problem. The only complaint is that two nights in a row we had very loud groups right next to us - one night they were yelling and drinking and blasting music late into the night. I guess that comes with tent camping, you never know who your neighbors are, but I wish the camp hosts had said something to them! The rest of our neighbors were lovely though. Camp 025 was perfect, as long as you don't mind a trek uphill to your car/bathroom (which really wasn't too bad!)
