Beautiful campground.

We had a nice fairly secluded site downhill from the row of sites closer to the parking. Access was a little awkward between the upper row of sites, but once we were down in our site it was quite nice. A very different setting than the sites in the center of the campground by the bathrooms, which seemed much less private.

TL;DR: there didn't seem to be any pride in this corner of Yosemite but the campsite setting was nice and the air quality was pretty good considering the neighboring fires around the park were flooding the Valley Hodgdon Meadows was mostly safe from smoke. Unfortunately, our camp neighbors seemed to be obnoxiously loud party animals shouting all night and playing music that echoed throughout the entire campsite. Camp host didn't shut them down so that was frustrating. Our spot was so close to neighbors we could hear them snoring. The spot is on a slope so we constantly kept slipping down in our tent and waking up. Bathrooms were terribly unkempt, lacked soap, and awfully dim lighting. Pretty sad place for being a first time visitor.

Easy to find, plenty of space, quiet a night--I'd go back!

Parking was above sites. Very steep hill to campsite. Bathrooms broke after first night and no running water. Sites were on top of each other. No noise control at all.
