nice and tidy, the host had a list of arriving groups, so we did not miss him/her much in this respect. Sense of nature pure... highly recommendable. On top, the camp is somehow marked as "outside the Yosemite park", however the camp is found after passing the entrance, so it is inside, although pretty close. Yosemite main locations are 45mn drive, so it is still not far. Can only recommend.

Visitong the park in February was a great winter get away. Firefall was another spectacular thing to see.

Let me start off by saying they dont want people coming to the campgrounds idk if they have a limit but all the campgrounds said FULL but where we were staying at it was completely empty there was two or three people around us with so many empty sites. But they were full Anyways my camping experience was ok definitely will not be camping in that camp ground again. It was on a slope which it stayed in the description but it was so inconvenient that the table was on a slope so we couldnt even use the table we literally did everything on top of the bear box we stayed one night then drove 10 mins out the park and stayed in Yosemite lakes! Our second night. Now that place was amazing. Def recommend.

While the location was a beautiful setting, the parking site was not anywhere near what was advertised as suitable for my 22 foot truck with camper. The space was far from level and the length was barely sufficient to park the camper. The grade of the parking area was on a hill side and very uncomfortable. The tables weren't even level throughout the campground. It was difficult to even use the camper. We double checked the campsite number to make sure we were in the right spot because there was no way two vehicles could've actually fit there, as advertised. We never saw a campground host. We only stayed one night out of our two night reservation because it was so unpleasant.

This area is beautiful but unfortunately loud campers were everywhere. I had to talk to the neighbors making noise at 1:00am. Also the Christian camp down the road had loud amplified music for several hours.

The public bathrooms are substandard and filthy -- in the kind of condition that you might expect to see in a Third World country. The bathrooms are an embarrassment to Yosemite and the National Park Service.
