Great place to camp, but the men's restroom needs more than 1 stall.

Der Campground hat uns leider nicht so gut gefallen. Wir hatten -zum Glck- einen gerade Stellplatz, sodass wir in unserem Auto gut schlafen konnten. Die restlichen Stellpltze waren krumm und schief. Die Bnke und Tische knnten mal getuscht werden, diese sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Toiletten waren SEHR alt. Die Toilettenschssel bei der Frauentoilette hat komplett gewackelt, sodass man das Gefhl hatte, die fllt gleich um. Es war keinerlei Seife vorhanden, was bei anderen Campgrounds jedoch der Fall war. Fr die Mnner stand ebenfalls nur eine Toilette zur Verfgung, was bei der Gre des Campgrounds absolut zu wenig war. Fr 35$ pro Nacht kann man wirklich mehr erwarten. Zumindest Seife auf der Toilette. Wir wrden diesen Campground nicht nochmal besuchen und haben schon deutlich schnere fr den gleichen Preis erlebt.

This campground is just inside the National Park so though it is a fair distance from Yosemite centre at least you don't need to line up at the gate to get in. It is a sloping campground but this drive through spot was pretty level. Reviews said it was steep to get on and off but it really was not that bad. Lovely and quiet. We enjoyed it!

Campground itself was beautiful. But the sites were not very level. We had to move once to a new site that still took a lot of work. The rangers did not seem to be very knowledgeable about the campground, or the roadways or the area. We ended up leaving early and going to Yosemite Valley which was gorgeous!!!

The people working at the campground were nice. However, our camping spot and the noise level were bad. Le ground was unleveld and people had loud music until very late at night. We left after one night as we couldn't sleep well.

beautiful camp ground. it was about a 30 minute drive to the valley floor but the experience was better than camping there where it is so crowded and noisy. And you can have a morning camp fire here. However, there are no showers, and the only water source is the two bathrooms. We unknowingly reserved a campsite that was a "walk up" campsite, but the parking was closer and the walk was not too much. But not quite as easy as having your car right next to the bear box and tent. There are a few nice hikes just north of the campsite that are worth checking out. I also learned that there are some bear boxes at many of the major trail heads in the valley (for sure at the midst trail parking lot). so you can bring you cooler down to the valley floor for lunch/dinner. Next time I'll do that and eat at the river at the end of the day.

People ran all over the place to collect woods for their fire pits regardless of other camper site, lot of noise
