Wonderful campgrounds and very relaxing atmosphere. Most campsites within a reasonable distance to the restrooms.

It is not a quiet place. I dont understand why it is allowed to listen to loud music out of speakers? I ran out of LA for silence and never found it even 350 miles away.

We arrived at roughly 5pm and there was already someone parked in the parking lot closest to our allocated area. We had booked a camper van site.
The people told us is was a shared parking space and everyone could park anywhere.
There was no attendant to help us / confirm this information.
We were forced to park on an uneven parking lot and set up our table and chairs behind our van. Our allocated area was too far away. With a 2 yr old this was not fun watching her as cars drove past regularly. As the night progressed MANY more cars arrived and were confused and disgruntled that their spot was taken by others.
Maybe I missed this in the description of the camp site…. But it was not ideal and would not recommend.

If you are in a camper van it is impossible to find a level spot no matter how many times you try. Even the tents were unlevel. There is no level spot anywhere and no showers. Only positive were the bathrooms and drinkable water faucet.

Nice big camping, clean and enjoyable. Toilets were clean (with running water but no showers). We went to a talk at sunset given by a ranger from the park which was awesome. Very nice stay.

Campsites are a bit sloped, sometimes hard to find flat ground for a tent. Nice campground though, camp hosts are friendly and informative. No showers, though you can shower at curry village.

4/30/22-5/2/22. Saturday night was very loud and it didnt seem camp officials were enforcing quite hours. Sunday night was much better with most sites being occupied. Be prepared with dealing with a slope at your sight, nothing extreme more of a nuisance.

The campground was crowded, but we had a spot on the edge, which was nice.
