This was a lovely campground- we very much enjoyed the more remote location in the mountains. The stars at night were phenomenal - We brought our 2 year old and we felt safe with him playing around our campsite. The one thing we did wish is that there was mulch or rock at the campsite as there was an immense amount of red dust - keeping that at bay would have made the experience even more enjoyable. We're looking forward to our next visit

Campsite was full of dust, broken table, toilets without light and no dishwasher sinks

We had a great time @ Crane Flat and enjoyed the more peaceful setting outside the Valley. The sight was extremely dusty and we wished wed had a shovel to move mulch, from the big piles scattered around the campground, to our site. Although there are no showers we just showered in the valley after our hike.

The campground was had large sites and was easy to access with fire pits, picnic tables and fairly level parking areas. Most notable and unfortunately I do not recall her name the ranger at the entrance to the camp was fantastic! She was personable, knowledgeable and downright friendly. Thanks for a short but nice stay.
