Campground was lovely and every spot had its own bear box. My only compliant was that the one pit toilet for our loop was disgusting and appeared to not have been cleaned in a very long time. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

Avoid this campground unless you absolutely need a place for one night. We attempted three nights and it was terrible. The site was so rutted and sloped that I had to dig a tire trench in addition to using levelers just to get my trailer level. They turned the water off two weeks early, which just happened to be the day before we arrived, so we were unexpectedly dry camping. The camp hosts were not friendly and yelled at my kids for riding their bikes the wrong way on the loop, and yelled at them again for having my dogs on leashes that were too long. All this and the southern park of the park is pretty boring anyway, it was a 30-45 drive north to see geysers or find decent trails. We tried it so you dont have to. Not recommended!
