Terribly planned, maintained and equipped campground. Mosquitoes can't be controlled by USNP service, I get it. Disgusting vault toilets and steep climb to table. Firepit right by table.

You actually need more restrooms closer to each camp site.

I wouldn't stay here again, it's not really suitable for tent campers. Our site was very small and on a hill, not level at all. Looking around, it seemed to be the case at many of the sites - perhaps I picked poorly/was just unlucky when I made the reservation. The picnic table was tilted so much, I was constantly falling off the bench and couldn't fill my coffee mug all the way lest it spill everywhere. The bear locker at our site was down a little hill, so we had to walk small distance between it and the table to make food - I'm not opposed to walking, but I am opposed to being eaten alive by giant mosquitos. Holy smokes! As soon as we opened the car door or tent door, there'd be 6 swarming our faces. Knowing it's Wyoming, we can with insect repellant and a screen house to go around the picnic table so we could cook and eat in peace. I'm so glad we did, I think we would have been looking for a hotel otherwise. All of that being said, it is beautiful and we did enjoy splashing around in the lake on hot days. It was nice to be inside the park boundary so we didn't have to sit in the line to enter Yellowstone every time we wanted to go see something. The host was wonderful and we would have loved our stay if a few conditions were a little better.

Small sloped campsite, #20. No good tentsite. Crowded camp. Campers did not observe quiet hours very well. Camp patrolled heavily by one of the camp hosts. Check in at 10 am.

There was no working water supply, and no drainage at my site so I had to camp in a huge puddle due to the rain.
