The campground was, as always, vey lovely and well kept. It is particularly nice in the fall.

This is a safe camping experience. The shower house is modern and consistently clean with ample hot water. The online reservation system makes it easy to reserve on your own time and enter the campground at night if needed. I love that the host is there if needed but does not bother you checking for reservation because of the online system. There is a nice playground too. The area is very natural and beautiful with activities.

This was our first time here camping. It was exceptionally quiet at the campground which was nice and you couldn't hear conversations. The sites were spaced out well and not on top of the other like at other sites. Good size campsites. We were impressed with the fire area and grill! We didn't know if we would need to bring our tripod grill with to put over the fire or what the grill there was like. We didn't do much hiking on the trails as it was very hot and humid when we camped. We plan to go back this fall and hike. The bathrooms and showers were clean. The playground was wonderful for my son to play on. We plan to check out more around the area the next time we come.

This "little oasis" is barely one hour from St Paul, is well maintained and provides a wide array of camping options. There are many activities within the Eau Galle Recreation are or located nearby in Spring Valley (hiking, swimming, fishing, scenic overlooks, Crystal Cave, golfing & horseback riding trails).

The campsites were nicley secluded and well kept. We especially enjoyed the tree cover which helped keep us cool and out of the sun.
The free showers and bathrooms were also very clean and stocked. Plenty of trails to walk/hike on. Overall is was a very pleasent experience. We'll definitely return!
