The campground was very nice. The only problem is it is right next to double train tracks and there are trains coming through every 30 to 60 minutes every hour day and all night long so if you are not used to hearing trains blow their horn in the middle of the night, this is not a very good campground to stay at

Intimate little spot right on the Mississippi in bluff country! Yes the train goes thru and honks a few times a day but it is just part of the experience of the great river. Helpful check in host, good showers and friendly campers.

We had site 51 facing the Mississippi. Great sunset views. The concrete pad is nice to have with a fire ring built right into it. The picnic tables are study and easy to clean. The park has many mature trees and is clean and well kept. Looking forward to our next camping trip here.

I enjoyed my stay at Grant River. The only problem was the bathroom facilities. The bathroom area was extremely cold especially the shower area. There was a fan running constantly which caused the area to be very cold.

This is my favorite place to camp, very peaceful and clean. Love watching the trains roll through. Beautiful Mississippi River views and sunsets. Sandy the campground host is extremely helpful and friendly. Campsites are spacious and constantly making them better with all cement pads with fire rings built in. Overall an amazing place

Wonderful view and location. No TV stations. Rained when we were there so would have been nice to know before we stayed but was still great to see the river barges.

Always have a very pleasant camping trip when we stay here. Sites and grounds are very well maintained and the restrooms are very clean.Sandy and Frank are super nice along with the camp host. Also the Army Cor staff that makes the rounds are the best and make an effort to remember your face and welcome you back for each trip. See many return campers from year to year.
