Restrooms and showers were out of order the week we were there. Otherwise the stay was good. We would stay here again

Very nice campground. Young..will be excellent once the trees mature. Bathroom notice said water should not be consumed due to magnesium content, if over 50. We were unsure then if any ofthe other available water was potable.

The shower and rest room facilities were not nearly as clean as they have been for the last 10 years. WiFi access would be a great improvement to this facility.

Really nice park! If I fished this was a perfect spot, but the local towns had lots of activities for us. Wyalusing state park and lacrosse are great places to explore.

A very nice campground. All rangers and employees were friendly and outgoing - much appreciated. I would make 2 suggestions:
1. The fresh water has a yellow color. Don't know if it is caused by iron in the water or rust. If that could be corrected it would be a great improvement.
2. Having WiFi available would be good. Especially since all reservations are to be done online, would be good if that were available for anyone coming in without a reservation. WiFi would be a welcome addition anytime.

We enjoyed staying at Blackhawk Park. We love staying at the Corp of Engineer Campgrounds.
The grounds and facilities were well maintained at Blackhawk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We love camping along the Mississippi River and exploring the river towns.

Hot Showers, heated shower house, great place for a fall camping trip! Mississippi River on it's doorstep makes for great fishing! Sites are hard surfaced. There are 2 modern campgrounds, with the older having large trees for shade, Newer campground is where the restroom and shower building is, but no shade there. It has a river front beach. 2 boat ramps, 1 in the main channel and 1 in the back waters. Just beware it does occasionally flood.
