I would give zero stars if possible. I booked spot 24. We have a 23 ft travel trailer and this spot was rated for a 30 ft trailer. We weren't about to back into this spot. There was no way it was big enough for a 23 ft trailer. The site was also very narrow and had about a 20 ft drop off. The roadways were narrow and when we tried to go around the loop to get out of the campground, there was a golf cart in the middle belonging to the camp host. The camp host was argumentative and not very accommodating. We ended up driving 3 more hours trying to find any place to camp

There was no water ar the campground. We were not notified before we got there, do we were not prepared. Had to leave early.

This spot is absolutely beautiful. Once we found it. Beware, the address listed on Big Lake Campground Sister is about one hour and a half west of the actual campground. It is actually someone's home address. They were helpful sending us in the right direction. There isn't an address listed on the reservation, so I googled the campground and mapped to that address. It turned a three hour drive into a five hour drive to get there. My only suggestion to recreation.gov would be to put the address on the reservation confirmation. The great news is once we found the "right" campground, it was a breath taking spot with a beautiful view. Highly recommend.
