One of our favorites! It is a clean and quiet campground with beautiful views. Camp host is wonderful - friendly and good at his job. The bathrooms were always clean and stocked, camp host always available to help or just chat. We look forward to returning here each summer.

The campground is good but they didn't enforce quiet hours. Obnoxious group next to us caused us to leave after one night. Unfortunately you're rolling the dice at this campground since you'll be on your own to enforce the rules if it comes to that. Unless you are an inconsiderate group who is trying to ruin the experience of everyone around you, then this is a good choice.

We ended up not even staying here. The site was so crooked and on a cliff. It would be extremely scary with kids.

nice view but water access was not good. outhouse door lock didn't work.

Such a beautiful lake and our campsite had a trail to a small, private part of the lake. We were at site 28, but sites 29 and 30 also have trails to this same private spot. It was a peaceful stay Tuesday through Thursday morning, but unfortunately Thursday night to Saturday morning, campsites were filled with multiple groups (2-3 families per campsite), overflowed parking, and so much noise late way into the night: yelling, laughing, and loud music until 2am. A camper even showed up at 12:30am yelling at those outside to try to find his campsite. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay, it’s not what you’re looking for during the weekend. The week days were calm and peaceful, the host was great (Aaron is super kind and helpful), and the private spot on the lake is why I gave it 5 stars.
