One of the most beautiful campsites we have ever visited. Quiet. No phone service, but that was made clear before we arrived. Clean showers and bathrooms.

There were some Hispanics playing loud music late in the night down by the river. The camp host wasn't going to do anything about it. My friend had to go down and tell them to turn it down.

This is really just a crushed gravel driveway with no tree cover at all and no place to put a tent. It really can't be called a campsite.

Beautiful campground with caring and fun camp hosts. Very clean bathrooms.

I was in site 9. What a pleasant surprise that it had 30 amp power and it also had water (recreation.gov website lists the power sites as 15 amp)! Make sure to use a pressure reducer - that water has some force. The bathrooms were cleaned multiple times each day. I normally would have made the longer stroll to the flush toilets, but I used the pit toilet almost exclusively. I've never been in a pit toilet that has no smell before, but this one was spotless and odorless! Obviously, the hosts are hard-working and take great pride in the campground. They're also really friendly, and super helpful (giving directions, making suggestions, notifying you of local events, etc.). Wow! Fabulous, fun.experience! I'll be back!

Really enjoyed this campsite! It was quiet, scenic, and serene; and in a great location close to the town of Redstone as well as Penny Hot Springs. I will say it may suit better to car camping/trailers as opposed to tents, as no sites have designated tent pads. We had to set up our tent in a random spot where it was slightly difficult to stake down, but it all worked out. There were some mosquitos, so bring bug spray. The showers and access to water was a bonus.

Located just south of the town of Redstone, this is a great place to stay while exploring Marble, Carbondale and Redstone. The campground is nicely laid out with fairly good privacy between sites. The hot showers and flush toilets are great! There is a lot of road noise at the campsite as it's in a narrow canyon with rock walls. The Red rock walls are spectacular.

No cell service(so know where you need to be), some more direction arrows would be nice because with some big dips in the road you don't want to drive in the wrong direction. Nice quiet in the forest, no highway noise.

We loved our stay at this great campground. The sites were large and private. Water and Electric hookup options and flush toilets and showers gave a bit of comfort to the stay. The location near the cute town of Redstone and the gorgeous Crystal River was perfect! We would definitely stay here again!

Redstone Campground facilities are kept very clean. Its located in a very convenient location near many great activities. The lack of shade was definitely noticed when stopping for lunch.

This is a beautiful, well kept Park on the Crystal River. Our group biked three trails that were not too far away and we fished in the river. There's some delicious pizza in the town of Redstone where we were also able to get cell service. We had electric and water at our campsite and although the website says 15 amp we did have 30 amp and was able to use our air conditioner in July when it got around 90 in the afternoon.

Beautiful setting between red rocks that are magnificent at sunrise and sunsets. Bring shade for midday sun.

The campsite was quiet with lovely views of the canyon. The morning sun doesn't hit this spot until late in the morning though (about 9 am near the solstice). It is a pull through site with plenty of room, but no specific place for tents. Contrary to advertised there were no showers on this loop of the campsite. Not a big deal as we were going to the hot springs anyway. There's a nice trail into Redstone (from campsite #27 I think), and the Redstone General Store had an impressive selection of organic bits, as well as ice cream! The tiny museum across the street from it gives an informative history of the area too.

Redstone is such an awesome campground! It feels like you're a million miles away, and the setting is gorgeous, but you're only about 2 minutes from lovely Redstone and 15 minutes away from Carbondale if you need groceries or a nice meal inside. All of the sites are spacious - this one was nicely tucked back and close to the bathrooms. The hosts are very cool and helpful. The only downside was that there was no running water on this side of the campground, but it was available on the other side, so we drove over there when we needed a refill. Make sure you check out the "beachfront" on the Crystal across the street from the campground.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
