Clean bathrooms with plenty of paper. Site 48 was nice and had plenty of space. Camp hosts very friendly and helpful.

The location is perfect. On the shore of Dillon Reservoir in the White Water National Forest. Direct access to the lake for any water activities. The camp is situated off of Swan Mountain Road that connects Keystone and Breckenridge allowing for easy access to these destinations as well as Silverthorne and Dillon for shopping, dining activities, concert events held in Dillon Marina and, say more prosaic things like laundromats or showers ($5 at Silverthorne Rec. Center). There is a bike path looping around Dillon Reservoir and from Breckenridge to Frisco. A lot of hiking trails in the area. Campsite has well maintained vault toilets. Some tap water. No provision for washing dishes. Sites is large and depending on a site are more or less isolated from each other by some young pine trees. Ground is clean, sandy and does not get muddy when it rains. Due to altitude the nights could be quite cold. We experienced temps dropping below freezing in mid July. Weather can be unpredictable and subject to abrupt changes.

I can't believe I've never been here before. This was a gem of a find and we will be back. I love that it's far enough from town to feel like real camping (at least as far as campgrounds go), but close enough we could pick up a pizza to go from town and not have to cook one night! Bike paths and hiking trails right from the campgrounds. The hosts were super great and the kids had a blast running around in the forest and digging in the dirt.

Too many adults and teenagers speeding around the campground roads on four-wheel ATVs, frequently with young children in their laps and traveling three or four times the 10 mph posted speed limit. In addition to the unsafe operation of these vehicles, dust and noise were a disagreeable result. Campground hosts seemed unaware of the problem, or at least did nothing to address it.
