Very nice campground with close access to the lake, Frisco and Dillon are nearby and easily accessible. Bike trails looked well maintained.

I always enjoy this campground, have been coming for 20+ years. With the growth of camping and campgrounds being full most of the summer since Covid, Peak One has had a lot of use and needs some TLC. Some sites need grading/re-leveled, gravel is almost non-existent and the steeper slopes above the campsites have washed out. With the camping fees increasing every year these maintenance issues should be addressed. Otherwise the camp hosts were attentive and kind, no groups were loud after quiet hours.

For the fee charged, there should be nice restrooms, not just port-a-potties and no showers.

I loved it at Peak One! It was simply beautiful and I cant wait to go back. There was so much to do that its hard to decide what to do first. The bathrooms were very clean and it was quiet at night. Absolute heavenly!
Great camping spot that would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Our host, Suzanne was very helpful and accommodating when we arrived at our campsite. She directed us places we asked about. Later on, she was very professional in dealing with entitled humans who think it’s OK to build fires that are 6 feet high. Really? Go do that in your own backyard. Suzanne made sure campers were safe and later it was nice to see Summit County Sheriff’s deputies driving through the campground. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HARD WORK!!

Mobile Data Speed Map
#123
If there are speed tests submitted for a campground the campsite icons will be colored based on the average download speed and the border will be colored based on the average upload speed.
In this example Campsite #123 has very good download speeds and decent upload speeds. If a campsite has a solid yellow color it means there was no data speed detected in the test(s). Clicking on a campsite icon reveals more details.
