We were able to snag a last minute campsite here, overlooking the Snake River. Its a beautiful location, great facilities and nice separation between campsites. Will definitely plan a visit again.

Great location on the Snake River for boating and all kinds of water related activities. The campground is well kept but we did notice that there are several trees dying due to some sort of blight or something. One oddly was that our site did not have piped water and there was no mention of it when we reserved the spot. Otherwise a great spot to watch all the river traffic and so forth.

Nothing really to report, it was pretty easy to do.

Arrived late afternoon, no one appeared to be at the check-in booth so we went and found our reserved spot. Soon after, the host came by and checked us in. We had a lovely site (#45) although it was a bit of a walk to the restrooms. The only knock on our review is the thorns in the nearby paths - glad we checked our shoes before tracking them into our RV.

The site is lovely and the camp host and volunteer were very helpful .

We have been campground attendants at this park. Our only negative is an important one...The puncture vine (tack weed) has grown way out of control in major areas of the grass. It limits use of most of the south end sites and pavement borders because it is so pervasive to the point of being dangerous to animals, children and even adults. Please remedy the puncture vine invasion to this otherwise beautiful and historic campground.

Clean campground with a view, lots of stickers in the grass, hosts don’t joke, quiet time is just that

Very well maintained park. Only downside was the tack weeds (goat heads) along the paths to the water. Good spacing between RV sites and quiet at night.
