My stay was great. Its the second time Ive been there. It is very peaceful during the shoulder seasons. There were only three other campers there when I was there.

We enjoy going the first or second week in September, as the kids are back in school and the place is usually pretty empty. The beach is fantastic.Weather was great. The Dam is only a ten minute drive, so take the Dam tour or see the Dam laser show. Don't miss out on the Crown Point Lookout which is about 15 minutes away. The only drawback is no showers, except an outdoor shower down by the beach.

Verizon speeds were fast at 44 Mbps download and 22 upload. AT&T was 19/0.3. Verizon was with a roof mounted Pepwave antenna, ATT was via smartphone.

We stayed in the lower loop for one night as an overnight stop. No issues with the access road getting there.

Our site was fairly awkward to get into because of a hill in front of the site that gets in the way of your swing. It was moderately level. A decent amount of shade was available, but the tree wasn't tall enough to cause solar issues. Decent view of the lake.

Even if you have a reservation, they want you to fill out a slip with your reservation info on it for them and clip it to your site post.

Dump station with potable water open and available.

Beautiful view. We tent camp w/ tent attached to minivan. It’s Very difficult to do this at this camp site due to very hard gravelly ground.

Beautiful site right on the river. Hosts were great too.

Mid March visit. Weather was a little brisk but overall very good for the time of year. Only 6 campers in the camp ground during our stay. Sites would be very cramped if the place was full.
Waterfront was nice and plenty to see with Grand Coulee dam close by.
When in Grand Coulee, be sure to eat at Tee-Pee Drive in. Good home town burgers.

Great facility. Location is very convenient for fishing needs. Down side was neighbor with almost constant use of generator. Understandably bathrooms were closed... but a hot shower would have been great.
