camp host was very friendly and helpful. We found a spot that worked well for us. Our only complaint was that the sites are so "un- level" it was very difficult to park. The park and the beach were very nice, and we did enjoy our stay.

We were camping in a 21 foot trailer. Campsite 024 is EXTREMELY SMALL and very level.... we used every leveling device we had to get a half way level setting and the outside table was absolutely on an angle. There are some very nice sites at this campground and some very disappointing, unlevel and inadequate sites. It is difficult to ascertain what the site will be like from the pictures and information on the website but we felt "we did not get our monies worth" on this site as compared to the sites below us and those above.Park personnel were "nonexistent" at the time we came into the park so we could not ask to change our site even though there were others that were available the entire time we were there. We love Spring Canyon, have camped and fished there many times before. We still loved our visit.... just disappointed with this little, unlevel, squished "in" and inadequate site!! Despite that... we will be back... hopefully with a much better site next time. Cherrie & Gerry

Because the camp host had already left for the season, the nice bathrooms were locked, only had vault toilets. The spaces are mostly small! Our trailer is only 24ft, and to fit in our space, #24 we had to park over the fire ring. Even though it said good for 33ft. Also large rocks, 2ft x 2ft everywhere, I tripped and fell over a rock outside our door. Campground itself was wide open, no privacy whatsoever. That said, beautiful weather, nice beach and facilities/day use swim area very nice.
