Lovely campsite, well maintained. Nice mix of amenities (picnic table, fire pit, bathroom w/ potable water) without too many bells and whistles. Appreciate the staff on hand. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Well-kept campgrounds that we've enjoyed many times. Peaceful, pretty setting. Bathrooms were clean and had good drinking water. I look forward to returning again and again.

Camp site 12 is extremely rocky with stones that arent easily moved. Lots of tripping hazards I found out the hard way.

We stayed during the week so the entire campground was pretty empty. I love how secluded the sites are for the most part in the C loop. The bath houses were air conditioned which was nice. We also stopped by the visitor center, Jarrod was very nice! We will definitely come back.

great spot! this one had a moderate amount of privacy from the road loop and nice spacing between fire pit, table, and tent spots. There was also a little path to a small meadow accessible behind the site

We stayed at the campground with our two dogs. Our friends were in the spot next to us. The spot was beautiful with a view of the field to wake up to. We spent the night around the fire hanging out and listening to music. Good, relatively level ground for the tent, mostly rock free. There were some drills at Quantico being run (gun fire in the back drop or as I call it, the sound of freedom.) The bathroom facilities were well kept but a little walk from the spot. Campground is patrolled semi regularly by the Park Rangers, felt safe and comfortable the whole time.

Probably the best place to tent camp w/in the DC metro area. Was very quiet in early November.

It was difficult to find suitable firewood. Be prepared to walk far into the woods and bring a saw and hand axe.

Really like camping in loop C. The sites are a little more secluded (at least those out the outside of the ring) and there's pretty easy access to the trails if you cut through the woods a bit. The bathroom between loops A and B is very nice and clean...surprisingly so.
