Always love our time at Rudds. Was a little disappointed that both picnic table were in our spot to back into on our double site. Being in our 70s now it was tough to get them moved so we could back in. An awful lot of cigarette butts to pickup also. Hope our next trip starts off a little easier and site is a little cleaner.

We camped in buddy site 35 D. It's a great site, large and flat and had a view of the lake. This was our first trip to Rudd's Creek and we will definitely come again!

Love the campground, bathhouse was clean, could used some heat in the morning, but it was clean.

Depending on campsite location, the adjacent bridge across the lake was really quite loud when transfer truck trailers go across. The traffic noise echoes directly across the water. From previous experience, the campsites furthest from the entrance that face away from the bridge were much quieter RE road noise... especially during the week when truck traffic increases. The spaciousness of this particular group campsite was excellent with easy & direct access to the lake. There were no obstructions complicating travel trailer set up from the loop road. Of note, this is a double campsite and the water electric posts are too close together... the 2nd pole was located immediately beside our trailers exterior kitchen vs set up at a greater (& available) distance apart. The park itself is especially clean with water & electric hookup for many campsites. The camp hosts are especially friendly & welcoming. There are several nice fishing coves right in the campground with a small boat ramp immediately accessible. We had no need to explore the day use area as the campground itself is well designed.

the only thing i don't like about rudd's creek is you can't get camping spot for a week. we live 3 1/2 hours away so like to stay a week at a time.

Clean large site.. helpful attendants. Clean showers and bathrooms. Excellent fishing and experience. Will be coming back!

Was on a “double site”… it was spacious but the two hook ups were way too close. The camper on the right (facing the site) couldn’t put out their awning.
The hookups should be moved and spread out. Other than that it was wonderful, waterfront, and clean.

The camp hosts were awesome. Very welcoming and gave treats and activities for the kids and a special treat for our pets. Only downfall was boat ramp.
