My husband and I had an excellent time. The weather was lovely, the view was phenomenal, wonderful location right on the lake & the area was beautiful & clean! We will definitely plan a trip for another stay next year. Great place for people of all ages & even noticed some people nearby had their pets which I think is great. Not to mention we were blessed with being able to see two breathtaking bald eagels as well as deer & even two cute chunky squirrels playing in a nearby tree near our campsite. It was definitely the lovely, peaceful, & calming vacation we'd been needing.

Great campground! My family enjoys camping here because the lake is so convenient for swimming and kayaking. With that being said, motorized vessels need to respect the NO WAKE zones. The jet skis especially were running full force too close to shore! The sites are clean and the fire ring is nice for cooking and roasting marshmallows. The only problem I had on the last trip was the noise from a group of campers not respecting the quiet hours. The park ranger came by during the day because it was obvious that there were too many people occupying the campsites. However, the partying continued until 1:30 a.m. I feel there should be more park rangers available enforcing the rules. I plan to return; however, please keep North Bend Campground a wonderful place to camp by ENFORCING the rules!

We stayed at North Bend Park for 5 days and wish we could could have stayed 5 weeks. This is one of the nicest parks we have ever stayed in. You can count on us coming back.

I have camped at North Bend Park for the past 30 years. I was very unhappy to find on my most recent trip that three occupants of sites in my area were using generators. We were camped in a non-electric area. Why does that Park allow the use of generators at all? There this was mid week in October and there were many electric sites available. When I asked one of my neighbors who was using a generator why he did not just rent an electric site he said it was to save $5 per day. This from a guy in a quarter million dollar fifth wheel!

I think that people go camping to relax and enjoy the sounds of the Park. The use of generators - at any time of day diminish the beauty and peacefulness of the Park. If you need electricity while you camp get an electric site!
