This park is awesome. Beautiful scenery. Bathroom and shower were clean and love the privacy they provide. Staff are great. We had a blast. We made another reservation and are going back in August!

Hello I have been a regular at this park since February 1998. This trip was ruined the 1st day on 161 because the lady on 162 and her guy friend on 159 ran generators rite up until 10 pm. There is no way that I would do 3 more days of that. So luckily 188 which is another favorite of mine was open for the next 3 days. A friend of mine was on 164 and she also moved to 187. I think that there should be a 2 hour zone am and pm for generator use if at all on non power sites. Between noise,fumes and exhaust its a bit much. Now I have a welder on my truck which doubles as a generator. I don't think that they wanted me to run it. I use battery jump boxes for clean quiet power to charge devices. Another issue in the last few years has been loud gas and diesel pick up trucks. Please stock exhaust only !!!!!!! Thank U Roy Nash. 10/1/21

The site was spacious and had an amazing view of the water. The bathhouses were clean and kept well-stocked, too. I was there from a Sunday to Tuesday, so the campground was fairly quiet and peaceful, though I could see how it could get loud on the water during the weekends. Also, the people working the check-in booth and the shack at the exit were so sweet and helpful. I will definitely be counting the days until I can go back and camp there again!

One of my favorite campgrounds on the east coast, friendly staff, easily accessible amenities, and best of all the beautiful lake to swim and fish in.
